Black Forest Ham and Smoked Sausages

One of German's famous food is sausages and I love any kind of sausages for sure.  It fits well with a glass of beer.

Gratin of Bacon Dumplings with "Schabziger" Herb Cheese

To my surprise, it looks very impressive and delicious.  The cheese adds wonderful flavour to the food.

French Food

                         Snails as appetiser

There is mashed potato underneath the snails.  Mashed potato is lovely.

                             Shrimp Soup

It tastes a bit fishy though the waiter said many people claimed that it's like lobster bisque.

            Goose Liver with Duck Breast

The goose liver is medium rare and so is the duck breast.  The goose liver is crispy on the outside but melting-like in the inside.  The duck breast and goose liver is such a matching pair.

                   Onion Soup Gratinee

Seared Salmon with Spinach and Lemon Butter Sauce

Spanish Food

Location : Hong Kong

Mixed Starter ~ lamb rack, spinach rolls, etc.

This starter is very comprehensive and the spinach is too delicious that we place a second order.

Seafood with Rice

Portion of one person and two persons.  There are prawns, mussels and clams.  Prawns are very huge.

Italian Food

Location : Shanghai

Caprese Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese

Friends keep saying that they don't really expect to experience the real Italian Food in Shanghai.  Getting a lot of praise.
