DongBo Meat
This piece of fat is something I would not eat nor dare to eat. Only a little bit of meat is found. But somehow the Chinese people love eating this piece of meat and is a fonder of it. They love its jelly-like texture.
Chinese Dumpling
Chinese people love to have small dumplings served as what they call Dim Sum at Chinese restaurants. This one is huge and is sold at hawker stalls in the street. The dumpling is so juicy that they give us a straw to drink the juice inside. The pastry is thin enough that the juice flows out as soon as we put the straw through it. This is too yummy.
Fried bun with meat inside
Lots of juice is found inside the bun. The bottom of the bun is fried so it smells good.
