Shredded ginger in a funny way

We are having some chinese dumplings here.  This is shredded ginger which goes together with vinegar for dipping purpose.  They put it in a funny way.

Noodles in peanut source

Dan Dan Mien (noodles in peanut source) is a famous dish in Shanghai food.  You have a choice of spicy or not spicy.  It is a must eat food if you go to Shanghai.

DongBo Meat

This piece of fat is something I would not eat nor dare to eat.  Only a little bit of meat is found.  But somehow the Chinese people love eating this piece of meat and is a fonder of it.  They love its jelly-like texture.

Chinese Dumpling

Chinese people love to have small dumplings served as what they call Dim Sum at Chinese restaurants.  This one is huge and is sold at hawker stalls in the street.  The dumpling is so juicy that they give us a straw to drink the juice inside.  The pastry is thin enough that the juice flows out as soon as we put the straw through it.  This is too yummy.

Fried bun with meat inside

Lots of juice is found inside the bun.  The bottom of the bun is fried so it smells good.

Sweet and Sour "Fried Bread Stick"

Sour and Spicy Soup

Ham and fried Beancurd Skin Sandwich

Crab Dumpling

A straw is given to you to drink the crab juice.
